Big life and Its Small tour Part.1

             Independence day is on monday,  Long weekend is up, so lets take a call on our Tour, for which colleague replied with full excitement, hey thats great lets plan for some chill place/ best tourist spot.

          Its independence day for big Life's of the world including the Ruling king     " Lion", the tour coordinator Tigeress initiated the tour plan and guided colleagues to choose place from the Drop down in one particular site, so that all the colleagues Elephant, Monkeys, leopards, even a micro organisms choosed their favourite places according to their capabilities. 

           Small tour works started,they have packed all the things required for the tour, even they have arranged  DSLR camera, safety materials, foods got packed in plastic bags and beverages to make them even more chill in touring places., Rooms had been arranged in high cost, finally all ser for the tour

          King addressed the tour gathering before final departure, " India struggled alot to get this independence, after independence we struggled a lot more than before Independence, Even though we're depended on each other for food, we are working alot to get foods and water and This Climate change hurts us and makes us heat and stressful".
So "In order to keep us cool and stress 
Free, lets enjoy this tour to the core and store some foods for future ". And we choosed  Gir Gujarat, Elephants have choosed Mudhumalai , Pollachi and Hosur Tamilnadu, Tiger Bandipur karnataka and Wayanad Kerala, Rhino choosed Kaziranga,Assam, like this many have choosed many places,

Social media & Letter

                      Hey why you are not updating your blog regularly, it realy surprised me !!! Few of them following my blog!!! Okay I need to update it,so whats the topic?? While thinking about that I read my previous blog posts comment and suggestions, that gave me a topic to blog. 

SOCIAL MEDIA Instant :
                            WhatsApp , Facebook, Twitter have changed the way we text, talk and even having relationship with others, from Invitation to surprise, sharing etc is Instant,  No one loves to Read a long text, Listen to a clip which he/she receives, as we need this as Quick as possible, like Union minister solving problems through Social media complaints.
                   
             My last blog post is bit too long, as I said while reading my blog comment and suggestions everyone mentioned it is bit too long and we cant able to read it fully. Where the problem starts?

         If a movie comes without any songs, we loving it. 4/3minutes is the average minutes of musics in movies if it exists more, thats it. The basic musics from keerthanai to bale/ drums keeps on running for 10mins, average listening time 3minutes. So from reading and listening is Half Boiled !! How about Writing??

LETTER :
 
               In a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the chief minister !! Its a news and my reaction is  What social media and other services made solving problems easy then Why letter is been sent. Today while having lunch in office we brushed up our college days and the apology and leave letters we wrote.

           Whatever apps and services we have, the surprise and happiness is reading a letter from Our lover, friends is just awesome.  Like reading, listening writing habit to started fade away. Preventing text in app is easy but a letter is !!!

                I still have a letter which I received on my 5th birthday from my sister, reading that spelling mistakes, care on ours is really great.

    Simply start reading, writing, listening whatever the form, size is and  if you love to write a letter, write to me, lets write memorable letter each other. Employment and Entrepreneurship

Employment :
                   
                       In 1950's most of the film shows that, BA is the major Subject and they will work as Steno or PA to Managers, In 1980's it have changed to B.SC, where few goes to college only for LOVE but majority of them will roam the street as Unemployed. 90's films covered B.E, MBBS and mode of employment is Business ( within the duration of 5-6 minutes, they will became billionaire). In 2000 - still now films covered all the core area of education in India, and it covered all the majors from unemployment to Business to Economics etc etc and they will get job in Urban cities. - IT'S all for middle class people.

                     Early morning around 5.30 am in Pudhuchery, Passenger train starts its journey towards Chennai,  Almost all the places even foot-board is full before its reaching Mathuranthagam ( 85km away from chennai), its not full with passengers, who are leaving their natives for vacations but they are passengers who are leaving their place for work. Daily they use to travel in the same train and they will reach back home in the same train which starts again in evening 6 pm, its routine for them. -  They are all from Middle class.

                      From Visuals to Reality, Above poverty line peoples employment relies on Others, where they earn money and saves their family. May the type of job they where employed is different but the main focus is on MONEY.

                   Why all travelling towards urban areas, what happen to the jobs in rural areas,??? in rural area, employment relies on Farmings but now due to heavy droughts and climate changes, chance of farming and earning income for whole family became every hard, So they started looking for other jobs, but they cant find any jobs in their areas, then what else, as i said, they started travels 100-200kms daily to earn. Its great news na that they earning At-least. NO it doesn't as, all the jobs and companies full and fully established in Urban cities, they need to travel, then whats the solution??.

                Starting companies in each and every district will be the only solutions ??? Answer for this  is "NO", Example is GUDUVANCHERY ( where i reside, it is 42km from chennai) , 21 years it is a place of Rose farms before the  ford india plant was setup-ed in MARAIMALAINAGAR in 1995.  That marked the end of farmings and other farms in the surrounding area too, this was said to me by an elder farmer aged 85. and it also leads to the extension of the City which cause damages to the ecosystem. - URBANISATION.

                   Urbanisation in India, as per census of 2011 is 31%, INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION, is the main cause for this Urbanisation, but due to invention of many instruments, Robots, the Unemployment rate in Cities is increased to 5.5%. Another reason for urbanisation is Increase in Private Sector, where they need a decent roads, airports, access to everything etc etc. real estate came, for which constructors, plumber, electricians needs, so jobs availability in urban extends.

                   Will Government jobs solve this problem ( to give job in rural) ??? ha ha , for 400 VAO vacancies, 4lakh of them are registering !!!!!!!!! Even government is Promoting MAKE IN INDIA, which means private sectors.

Entrepreneurship :

                        My UG starts with a 2 days of Orientation program, which I will not forget. In that program, they made us to sit in group based on some criteria and gave us a topic to discuss, it is Employer, Employee and Entrepreneur. We discussed who survive most without others help, like that it went on. As it is Engineering college, in final year project, we did projects and for projects we asked helps from many shops and store ( entrepreneurs). we learnt All the E E E are important, without one E , other E's cant survive.

                              Some of the projects will lead to Entrepreneurship , and will lead to self employment, the trend of employment changes nowadays to - STARTUPS.

                              Relying only on others to job will give unemployment, in order to make this many things happening from small things, and that forms the STARTUP - OWN BUSINESS.
                             
                                               TWO SMALL THING = STARTUP

                              Entrepreneurs runs a small business on tech, product, service and will manage all the things that required for that company.,  government also supporting Entrepreneur and India's technology capital Bangalore as own law for startups. Make In India also supports entrepreneur and business in India. - does this helps to reduce Unemployment?

                             Trend of starting own company is Trending now , According to Forbes 90% of startups in India is failure, And successful startup models in India is may be third or fourth venture. Basic things we need to calculate while starting our own business is " how long we will Survive, on what  our product/ service is different from others"

                            India is wellness known for is wealth, years years ago, we made business with other countries , from that period to now, the main form of business and idea revolve around FOOD AND PRODUCTS.

                   BUSINESS TODAY article states that, Dairy products in India now have many faces and its keeps on developing, This helps Farmers directly, if they have 3-4 cows which may earn them 1000rs daily ( app). startups on food delivery, catering will give high profits as most of them are bachelors in our country.

                   Find hard to find a Hotels, that leads to the formation of travel startups, Plastics are not good for environment and there comes the Bio-degradable cups, importantly a man finds hard to buy ritual products for his dad, that makes him to start a startup for rituals on online  -ONLINE. Online shopping is trending because we can easy buy and compare other products, this is to an entrepreneur model, Even though we will get wrong products sometimes.

                 To start a business we need capital fund, if we have basic idea, there are many ways to get funds and stoke holders will help run our business, and We can get money through Crowd sourcing too ( refundable, repay etc etc).

               
              Guru is the movie based on the life of Business leader in India - Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILcS6Rp9S4w this is a scene of that movie, which may be wrong or right but he knows how to do a business with few BUCKS. As this scene describes, if you wanna be an entrepreneur you have Hit hard on many things, Something very very very small, but no one would have noticed that, if you seen that and have hit that hard, finally you are one of the businessman and u don't have look back from there.

               Business models and strategy changes and goes digital from traditional, Never give up, Until you achieve what you want. 

               Employment to an Entrepreneur Only few thing decides that is Politics, Businessman's and our Society. Don't depend on anything, keep following this THREE. Employment is where we just work and maintain what work we assigned and someone will take profits, in Entrepreneur is where we have all the responsibilities (profit or loss).

Clean India And Environment Day.

Environment Day :

                In our childhood,from letters to writing stories we do have the habit of writing
           1. Once upon a time, 2. As i am suffering from, like this i want to start this.

               Once upon a time in my schooldays, due to heavy rain Government have announced official Leave, but there is no rain and Sun shines like those who acts in Toothpaste Ads. So we started playing in our Small ground. Cricket, Kabadi. One of my friend started throwing stone on some trees and shrubs. When we went there it was garden lizard , he was trying to kill it( most of them use to kill Garden lizard in many places )

          What that lizard it and what he will get by kill it??? He will get just soul satisfaction, what that lizard gets??? Nothing.

         This is just one of the example, manything is happening in the world. We want some fancy crafts for our Selfs, so we need Elephants Ivory, As all us knows leather, diary items from animals, coal from ground, power from air and water and our foods too from environment. But we are not giving them anything other then troubles.

        Deforestation, mining everything, plastics, waste products, throwing wastes in water and oceans, nuclear products etc etc.

       Environment day is a day which was celebrated by UN and UNEP every year and it as theme and this years theme is illegal trade in wildlife for life. As i said before we need many thing from environment,

     1. Furniture, food products, sandal, rubber, paper, ivory crafts, leathers from snake and many product. For all this we need wildlife. Do we getting them in legal way, nope we don't,  many illegal trading happen, recent days N number of Turtiles got in Chennai airport, rhinos horn in Kolkata, elephants ivory in Korea( they burnt it in tonnes). So without environment we are nothing. Let's prevent them.

Clean India :

           Environment day and clean India have connections are not, but this Half boil comparison have connection. Environment is clean then for sure India is clean.

          Way back on October 2nd,2014 PM have started Clean India campaign, to keep India clean and to have Toilets in all the villages by 2019.

       Our PM himself cleaned some places, and many celebs like amitabh, sachin, manisha, Samantha etc etc took broomstick and swept some place that too for sometimes and they didn't turned out to clean again.

      World bank and many companies helping this campaign but will this work ?? If this celebs and ambassador helps to keep India clean means, will this work???? Then how about municipal, metro works and regular social works of forest.

     Regular social workers in the sense, daily cleans who collects our waste from dustbin to those who collects it and the other Workers like Ant, bacteria,garden Lizard etc etc.

   You may feel how come ant and lizard are social workers, they on daily basis clean the dead animals and humans and keeps ourself clean from many things. Like this insects,wild animals ,animals like dog cat and birds helps India to keep it clean.

   So like this we have to clean India daily and this campaign on have toilets alone doesn't mean clean India. From plastics to ocean waste and many management helps to keep India Clean.

let's make it clear, Clean India and clear environment from all the pollution, waste and other harmful things will helps our generation and upcoming generations. whether big or small do contribute for Clean India. Come up with some ideas.

CORPORATE AND POVERTY

CORPORATE: The world in which Someone will Swim easily others find hard to swim,....

           Connemara library is the place where my reading habit started, First magazine which i read fully is Business World, Seriously i didn't find anything interesting in that but I read that Fully its all because of my Uncle. During my school vacations, i will go to my Grandmas home there my uncle will always ask me to read, write or play( act) something, which i find very hard and use to do it for my uncles sake.

            On that time, i went along with him to Connemara library and read that magazine, Then the very next year the same thing happened, but in my Grandmas home itself. I don't remember that magazine name but that content Made me to start reading magazines regularly. that article in that magazine is

                        "DON'T BUY ANY GROCERIES IN SHOPPING MARKETS AND IN ONLINE, IF YOU BUY ANYTHING IT WILL NOT GIVE ANY PROFIT TO THE FARMERS. TRY TO BUY THINGS FROM LOCAL SELLERS IN STREET PLATFORMS. "  

                    It also states " THE GROCERIES WHICH YOU BROUGHT FROM SHOPPING MARKETS IS NOT DIRECT FROM FARMERS AND IT HAS HANDS OF INTERMEDIATES AND BROKERS PART" 

                This articles made me to think many thing, i started following few magazines and few papers.  One thing i Found is "Everything in the world fall on only one, that is CORPORATE"

Discussion:

                    

               Most of them in the Urban cities works in corporate and they will buy it from big big shopping markets like " reliance, Hertiage, Nilgiris" etc etc, They know the market values, how this will affect the NON-CORPORATE. Its not the fault of the Employess who buys this but its fault of the Corporate companies.

                        

             Corporate companies which gives salary also gives n numbers of cards like food card, entertainment card, sodexo etc etc, which allows the employee to buy only in Big shops. This made them free from many things. Not only this corporates have the policy of employing someone and giving them less amount of salaries then what they will get from the clients, also employing one person for two persons work.

           Wallmart, reliance, Amazons, alibaba are big players, along with the pepsi, coke, kfc etc knows how to sell the products but how the individual sellers knows it. 

           Farmers, water, air, foods, computer, soap etc etc even where to pee is decided by big corporates, "FDI, Food tax, Tax for clean India" haaaa it goes on,..... 

   Corporate have business in each and every field except begging ( in future the will open branch for that too, as one of the video which states, beggers earns more paisa than corporate people

           Few movies which spokes  about this in past few years in Tamil is " Eee, Peranmani, Thani Oruvan, Purampokkku" have touched this topic here and there but it will not create ant direct impact on Peoples

POVERTY :  Place where most of them in India Swims.

 

          The same Article through which i came to know the Corporate world, helped me to find the life of farmers and how much they will earn.

 

                    10 years back in that arcticle, it states" Farmers will produce goods, for which they will get some 30/kg, a first broker will buy it and he will sell it as 40/kg, second broker will buy it and sell it as 50-55/kg and finally the corporate will buy it and pack it and sell it in 80/kg  " So who is earning more farmers or Corporates or the brokers who decides the rates ( government is not deciding the rate)

          Few days back, in my office a discussion wen on farmers life, one of my Head Said, farmers will earn well but my friend explained in the real scenario as his father is farmer in Andhra. And past few months Maharashtra and  Andhra and Telugana State facing Water crisis, the poverty of farmers is hitting hard on them and many farmers committing suicides.

       The rates of fertilizer, water, electricity bill etc etc will leave them in poverty,  An article which i read yesterday states in 1950 " BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT POVERTY LINE IN INDIA IS DECLINING AND THE PERSON WHO EARNS MORE THEN 50RUPEES PER DAY IS NOT IN POVERTY".  

     Many of us knows ( I think) Our central govt have introducted compulsory bank account for all and also there are Many Yojanas ( ????)  gives assurance to farmers earning 15k per month is that possible ??? and Many ministers have adopted many villages and doing something to develop that village.... will this help to develop the farmers proverty and other people who stays in platforms.

   We are all wasting waters and food but in three states which i mentioned, few of them eating once in fur days and drinking water 3drops per hours. and they walking 4hours in morning from 12am to 4am to fetch water.

     

   Like this many of the suffering alot, beggers, daily sellers etc etc.

   Like corporates based films, many films in tamil genres on this topic, Thaneer thaneer, Khanjivaram, Khaththi etc etc. 

  So whats the solution ??????

   Ministers and corporate Adapting a village will end all this ???? or posting a post like this in social media( which will not reach farmers and the poverty people whom i am speaking for).

  No it doesn't, The thing we can do is, visiting a farm land and helping a farmers, Growing tress and not killing any snakes, planting trees and mainly saving water, will help them. and also teach the importance of environment to the peoples and the Children's..

Simply Corporate plays a major role in poverty by developing few, but We people who works in corporate can/Will help people in poverty ( not just for selfies and FACEBOOK post ,like) 

   

LANGUAGE : CRICKET COMMENTARY AND SPEAKING SKILLS

Practice makes a man perfect, as it says if you Follow something hard,then u gonna !!!!.

CRICKET COMMENTARY:

                                                  Hope no one will forget our National symbols of India, which we use to learn in our GENERAL KNOWLEDGE subject

I still remember, in my school days i wont use to read for GK Exams and will say to my Mom that, its easy mom, Own questions only sure i will earn good score. ha ha it happens, Yep i got good scores but my GK mam have given me one Negative score for which i answer Correctly!!!!

Question is WHICH is our NATIONAL SPORTS AND LANGUAGE but really do we have any National Language and National Sports,  Noooo, India doesn't have any National LANGUAGE AND SPORT, then How come our National sport is HOCKEY???? the answer which i wrote is CRICKET, even tough the answer which i wrote is wrong, i gonna ask my GK mam to give me that 1 mark which i lost nearly 12 years back. 

Sports plays important role in everyone's life, Even tough 8000 games (sports Encyclopedia) in the world, the most popular and famous game in INDIA is CRICKET,  Exceptions is there, My friend is a techie who don't even know/follow cricket

followers and die-hard fan of cricket will not gain anything other than the pride and proud moments when our country wins the game, Plus the another benefit is COMMENTARY.

yeah, it plays a vital role in our language skills, if we listen to conversation of commentators few words and its meanings will be known without the help of Dictionary

The words which shown in Big LCD screen in IPL, wow its really greattttttt, Harsha, ravi, Sunil ji etc etc have played a role in my english ( maybe thats why i am repeatedly using same words ).All this is listening skills of Language , which is half side and most important side of the language type of Half-Boil.

SPEAKING SKILL ( SPOKEN ENGLISH ):

                     The famous word which KG students of our country knows well, As i said before, we Indian Don't have any National language, its upto us to follow our own mother tongue ( 122 major language and 1599 other language) 

Language the thing which we have started to learn right from our mom's uterus, but during our schooling and college days, everyone need to follow English, 

My school is same like others, if i am not speaking English in class that's it 1rupee fine and we will get red mark to black mark !!!! 

 in my school days , through my classrooms window, due to heavy rain, rain water starts to flow inside the class. for which one of my friend said " MAM ITS HEAVY RAIN KOTTIFYing ( Pouring) " , we all have started laughing at him at that time.                    

                                              

Down-pouring, the word which i came to know through Cricket commentary, the right word for Heavy shower, 

Big big big thing is THAT GETHU ( proud) moment, that is I DON'T KNOW ENGLISH if a guys says this he feels proud and feels same like others, but if you spoke in english, u would be known as "PETER". even our mass entertainment like cinemas and our favorite heroes have follwed this Gethu moment in thier Role, atleast for once.

Famous movie scenes in Tamil cinemas and also there is many comedies like VIJAYAKANTH ENGLISH, JEPPIAAR ENGLISH 

From school admission to our Interview, we need to speak and write in English, but what's there to loss in our prestige if we say that i know English. And both in Sport and language we are following ENGLAND, Do we really got our FREEDOM ???? 

Freedom to write, debate and to Slogan ( Hello, here i have used only the word, nothing else,) 

Writing skills is the other side of language, even though we are following other countries National symbol, we need to have this language ( english) and our Mother tongue to survive the HUNGER. 

With this i will conclude Cricket is not to follow, but it to listen and develop our speaking Skills :p :p :p

Food and Cinema

FOOD AND CINEMA

In order to live in this world, we have to earn Money. Money is ultimate to buy everything, most of them in the world earn it to EAT FOOD and ENTERTAIN OURSELF. 

YEP its always Food and  Entertainment...

FOOD:

             I always use to hear from my grandma, that the food which we use to waste, will became worm and it ll curse us. Ha i really don't know whether this is true or not, i mean the curse but for sure it ll became worm or it ll take few days to decay.

The best part of my life in childhood is, when my dad gets us food from hotels, yeahhhh the yummy spicy briyani ( Hyderabad)  and the pepper fry chicken( Chettinad ) , and that wowwwwwww Oil paratha (Ceylon )  !!!! it goes on ( hope everyone's best part has food from hotel). And during my intermediate and college days, i use to have pani poori ( though it is North Indian dish, it most famous in south India with different types named Masala poori, even North Indian doesn't know about that ), and Rasagula ( Kolkata / Odisha both the state battles for pattern rights)

Like this Food has no border but what we really like is 3 Half half half. though our early food style is different from what we guys having/following right now.

Fried rice, fried chicken, noodles, everything is HALF. ok does the hotels and other factories really giving us the healthy food, nooo its HALF. ok does we like the healthy food, with no masala items, nopee again it is HALF.

OH gosh what!!!???!! we having is only half healthy and what we know about FOOD is only HALF.

Example:  

Till now what i heard is, half of my friends and known people said is HALF-BOIL( ha ha ) Healthy but Half of them said its Unhealthy 

CINEMA:

                   As like i said before, another best part of childhood is seeing a brand new movie in theater and having pop corn ( Mexico) or samosa ( Mumbai) and  this இந்திய தொலைகாட்சிகளில் முதல் முறையாக ( For the first time on Indian television) phrase from one of the famous Television channel in south India, It means that they gonna premiere the movie for the first time in India but it is 2-3 years old movie

Above is the experience which most of had in our childhood days but now the Cinema industry, the television premiere and the experience in theatre is really different and its gone Half. Ha yes its gone half, Most of them not seeing the movies in theatre, its simple half of them will see it in pirated version within HALF a day a release or for sure it barely takes 2-3 month to premiere in Television and  the pop-corn too got more flavors,and its hard to remember.

Trends in cinema to have changed, time consumption is nearly half nowadays but to get good movie, producer and mainly getting theater screen is Half+Half.

OUR cinema itself a Half boil ( it has all the art form in it but not fully, half from music, act, art, stunt etc etc forms it)  but those who knows cum see the World cinema is like double Half boil, because they know how to survive ( half scene from this, and half scene from this to give the audience the special Half-Boil) 

Simply what i am trying to say is Food is half part and Cinema is another half part, Which makes the part of HALF-BOIL . Try to understand the food what we consume is healthy or not before having first half and try to understand how hard is to make the Cinema cum how easy is to comment on the Cinema before seeing the second half ( all the above comparison and the Word Half, Half-Boil denotes i know and we know about them is half)

So have this  HALF-BOIL has SIDE DISH for your MAIN DISH( knowledge about both the FOOD AND CINEMA) and try to make this Side dish of our INDIA to became a Main Dish ( Oscar etc etc )
